Griff is definitely a close friend of mother earth.After a recent trip to Kroger, Griff noticed in horror
a stray soda can littering the parking lot. He snatched
it up to take home to recycle and as he settled back into
his carseat relieved, he stated, "Ahhh, Mommy...now
the earth can breathe again." Precious, I know.
We spent our Saturday downtown at Sawyer Point
at the Earth Day Festivities. Where else can you pet
a baby alligator, take a goat for a walk on a leash, and
slosh around on the muddy banks of the Ohio River??
