Man, is it just me or did that seem like an exceedinglylong prelude to Halloween?? I guess it didn't help that
we have had our house decorated for it since mid-September
for Griff's birthday. I kid you not, it was all down and packed
neatly away this morning by 8 a.m. (with the time change and
all we were up by 5:30 anyways). Afterwards even Griffin,
my junk-loving, knick-knack, pack rat little hoarder
sighed with relief and told me,
"Wow mommy, it's like a brand new house again!"
